The Mint Museum Uptown Wedding – Sarah + Duncan 5.11.13

Sarah and Duncan were so amazing to work with and I could not be more blessed to have been part of this day.

Sarah is such a kind-hearted soul and Duncan just absolutely adores her.   I caught him glancing at her with loving eyes several times throughout the evening, and he even did a very special, heartwarming toast to her midway through the reception.   This special day suited their personalities just perfect – a romantic affair with classic touches.  The reception featured a long head table with room for all of their closest friends and family, adorned by charming chandeliers and pink rose petals.   They danced to a rendition of a Willie Nelson song played beautifully by mandolin player Michael Orlando.  Dina Berg Blazek from DBB Events couldn’t have done a better job coordinating every last detail for them.  Everything was perfect, just like this couple.

A special thanks to all of the gorgeous vendors listed at the end of the post, and my assistant shooter, Melissa.
