When I think about Christine and Anthony’s wedding, the first words that come to mind are: real, honest, pure. Christine’s tears of joy throughout the day, and their sacred, emotional ceremony proved their authentic and passionate adoration for one another. They exchanged letters beforehand, grasping hands tightly behind the front doors of St. Leo’s Catholic Church as to not see each other before she walked down the aisle. My heart skipped a beat when they exchanged loving words to each other. Their families were warm-hearted, generous, and just as passionate about Christine and Anthony’s marriage to one another as they were. It was really inspirational to watch the families interact and become one.
Their perfect ceremony was followed by photos at Reynolda Gardens, and a classy reception at the Piedmont Club in downtown Winston-Salem. I love how Anthony wore black and all of his groomsmen were in seersucker. Christine’s bridesmaids wore yellow and gray – one of my favorite color combos – and had stunning bouquets with pops of yellow crespedia (billy balls!) – another favorite of mine. Here are some snippets from their day….
